My luxury equipped studio is available to hire by the hour for private couples, professional sessions and film and photography sessions.

The studio is generally available at short notice from Monday to Friday, 9am to 9pm, for evening and weekend hire it is best to let me know with a few days notice, or at the very least 48 hours.

My studio is located in my home in east Bristol with on street parking. There is a full bathroom available for use and basic toiletries and towels are provided. Refreshments and snacks are also provided and internet access is also available. As the studio is located in my home I will be present on the premises during your hire, but I will be downstairs should you need anything. There is a speaker system in the dungeon with an audio cable to connect an Mp3 player or mobile device with audio jack socket.

My play space is modest compared to most London dungeons (there is only so much one can continually drag around the world after all!) but it is still well equipped with almost everything you would expect to find in a dungeon, and is glamorously but tastefully decorated with ambient lighting. My bondage furniture is all by Fetters and of the highest quality all with padded leather, there is a large bondage table with many tie points, a Saint Andrews cross with padded, extra securable cuffs, spanking/strap-on/fucking bench, gym horse, dog cage with an integrated collar in the door, trampling frame and cock trampling table, comode for Golden Showers and 4 suspension points with a sex swing. I also have a good size leather cushioned floor mat, foam floor mats, and a latex vac bed.

Amongst the basics in my dungeon there is a selection of whips, floggers, paddles, clamps, gags, candles, hoods and masks (including gas masks), a cupboard dedicated to anal plugs and dildos, a large selection of Jute ropes, consumables like lube, condoms, gloves, sanitiser etc. I also have a violet wand, 2 e-stim units - 1 standard and 1 remote control, an electric induction plate, a magic wand vibrator, a set of rosebud sounds, locking cock table, nipple stretcher, bamboo wrist and ankle spacer bars, a humbler, and a million other random and naughty bits and pieces that you'll just have to come and discover for yourself! :)

Rates for hire are provided at the bottom of this page and all bookings will require a deposit.

A one hour booking only must be paid for in full in advance, and any bookings of longer than an hour must pay a 50% deposit, payable by Paypal or bank transfer.

Cancellations with 48 hours notice will receive a full refund, cancellations with 24 hours notice will receive a 60% refund.

At the start of your hire you will be required to leave your ID with me and it will be given back to you at the end of your hire time once I have checked the inventory (I will not be making any copies of your ID, it is simply to ensure that someone doesn't just leave mid hire with bags full of my equipment!). You will also be given a copy of the inventory on your arrival so you can check it yourself before your play time. All my toys and the inventory have been specifically organised in a way that enables you to easily and quickly locate and count all the items provided.

I know deposits cause difficulty for some and I have hesitated on the issue not really wanting to ask for them, but in the space of just one week I had 3 bookings that did not turn up or cancelled at the last minute. Before your booking I spend 2 - 3 hours deep cleaning the dungeon, all it's equipment and the bathroom, checking the inventory, and shopping for snacks and refreshments. I am also unable to accept bookings for my own sessions and this is all precious time that I can no longer afford to waste for no shows, so I will not be accepting hire bookings without a deposit.
